Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 17, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Veltris LLC ("Veltris," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you visit veltris.us (the "Site") or contact us. Veltris LLC is a cybersecurity consulting company located in Miami, Florida, USA.
Information we collect
Information you provide. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, message, and (optionally) your company name.
Information collected automatically. When you contact us, we also store your IP address and browser user-agent string for security and spam-prevention purposes. When you browse the Site, we may collect standard analytics data (see "Cookies and analytics" below) only after you consent.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries and communicate with you about your request;
- To provide, maintain, and improve our services;
- To protect the security and integrity of the Site, including detecting and preventing spam, abuse, and fraud;
- To understand how the Site is used (analytics), where you have consented;
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
Cookies and analytics
We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the Site. With your consent, we use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors use the Site. Analytics cookies load only after you click "Accept" on our cookie banner. For details, see our Cookie Policy.
Service providers and third parties
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Site and our business, including:
- Cloudflare — website hosting, content delivery, and security;
- Google Analytics — website usage analytics (consent-based);
- Resend — delivery of notification and reply emails.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Data retention
We retain contact-form submissions and related security data for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry, provide our services, and meet our legal, security, and record-keeping needs. You may request deletion as described below.
Data security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information consistent with industry practice for a security-focused firm.
Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose;
- Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information — note that we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising; and
- Non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@veltris.us. We will verify your request and respond as required by law.
"Do Not Track"
Because analytics are off until you consent, we do not separately respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals. Declining cookies on our banner prevents analytics from loading.
Children's privacy
The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us so we can delete it.
Users outside the United States
The Site is operated from the United States and intended for U.S. users. If you access it from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be processed in the United States.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do, and material changes will be reflected on this page.
